2019 Domaine Jerome Chezeaux Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru "Aux Boudots"
Domaine Jerome Chezeaux pays meticulous attention to their 11.60 hectares of vine, located on the Côte de Nuits. These sites are particularly focused in the communes of Premeaux-Prissey, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée and Vougeot.
The mantra they live by is " a good wine can only be made with good grapes". Wise words indeed!
As sush, all harvesting is done exclusively by hand, to ensure only the very best makes it out of the vineyard, prior to a second sort at the winery.
Due to its proximity to Vosne-Romanée, "Aux Boudots" tends to be the softest climate in the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation.
Tasting Note: A lively and rigorous wine that is recognisable by its finesse and elegance.
