This is a South African verison of Port made from Syrah grapes that were left on the vine for two weeks after the rest of the Syrah was picked to allow the sugars to concentrate. Intense explosion of berries, stewed rhubarb, candied fruit, hints of cassis on the nose. A must have with blue cheese and figs.
