2019 Oliver Zeter Cabernet Franc
Cabernet Franc is often unfairly overshadowed by its varietal Cabernet Sauvignon. It tends to ripen sooner, creating intoxicating aromatic layers.
Matured for 12 months in a combination of clay amphora and oak barrels for further flavour enhancement. The micro-oxidation in the amphora encourages the wine to develop a high-quality tannic structure.
Tasting Note: An energetic and untamed character, composed of tart cherry, currant leaf, and an alluring hint of tobacco. It showcases a bright acidity, give an abundance of charm on the palate, supported by the firm tannic structure.
