2020 Domaine Burle Gigondas 'Les Fouilles'
Pure, peppery Gigondas with a 50/50 blend of Syrah and Grenache.
Tasting Note: Bursting with red berry fruit, think cherry and raspberry but with darker, plummy overtones thanks to the Syrah. Fermented in concrete tanks and un-manipluted by oak there is a pretty freshness to this wine that sings and delights the palate.
