Bursting with sour cherry fruit yet dry on the palate this properly pink Cretan rosé is not shy and sophisticated like those pale creatures that lurk around Provence. A wine to chill and share with your friends while the aubergines grill on the barbecue and your are spooning out large hunks of hummus with your toasted pitta bread. Made from the indigenous Mandilari grape that has grown in central Crete for thousands of years.
