Precognition Gin is made from a single grape variety - Pinot Meunier, a single vintage - 2020 and a single vineyard - Mount Harry in East Sussex. It is a double-pot distilled spirit with added botanicals like Serbian Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Angelica Root, Clove, Black Cardamom, Wild Forest Pepper, Rosemary, Jasmine, and Lavender.
