This magnum of Terre Alfieri Nebbiolo is a celebration of elegance and structure, crafted from the Belgardo vineyard – a historical plot once famed for producing the region’s noblest wines. A refined, complex expression of Nebbiolo with tremendous cellaring potential.

Organically grown on tufaceous soils and fermented with a traditional submerged cap technique, the wine undergoes slow ageing in large Slavonian oak barrels. The result is a Nebbiolo of depth, spice and quiet power – ideal for ageing or special occasions.

Winemaking: Fermented over 8–10 days at 28°C, with a 15-day submerged cap and malolactic fermentation. Aged in 25-hl Slavonian oak barrels. Certified organic and vegan.

Pairing Suggestions: Ideal with aged cheeses, tajarin pasta and truffle, roasted root vegetables, or slow-braised beef and venison stews.

Tasting Note: Garnet red with aromas of liquorice, cinnamon and vanilla. The palate is elegant and structured with refined tannins and long persistence.
