2020 Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fèvre Chablis
The Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fèvre Chablis plots are located in the village of Fontenay-Près-Chablis; the heart of the Chablis vineyards.
Grown solely on the famed stony, Kimmeridgian limestone soils, which allow for moderate production.
The majority of the vines are between 15 and 25 years old; and some plots were planted in the 1950s/60s by Marcel Fèvre.
Tasting Note: Fresh and fruity – such as peach and pear, with some citrus notes – already revealing a nice minerality.
