The 1992 Settlement Poplars Vineyard features 100% Mendoza Chardonnay vines, sitting on free draining alluvium and requiring minimal irrigation. This certified organic vineyard experiences low rainfall, resulting in vibrant and intense fruit with mineral undertones and a creamy finish.

Experience the exquisite 2020 vintage from Marlborough, hailed as one of the region's finest with a warm growing season and minimal rainfall. The hand-picked grapes were whole bunch pressed and left in tank overnight, before being transferred to barrels for wild fermentation and 12 months of ageing on lees.

With 15% new oak, this wine exudes sophistication and complexity. To enhance its freshness and liveliness, it spent an additional 6 months ageing in stainless tanks before bottling, without any fining necessary.
