2021 Ca di Mat Valautin Albillo Real
Produced from old bush vines from two parcels at 650 metres.
The wine is basket pressed into concrete and 500 litre oak barrels. It is then aged for 12 months and blended prior to bottling and aged for a further period, until it is ready.
