Today, the Bott-Geyl estate comprises 18 hectares, including 6 Grands Crus, 3 Lieu-Dits and 1 historic Clos. The focus has been on organic and biodynamic winemaking since 2000.
Tasting Note: Intense yet refined, this Pinot Gris leads with a luscious core of ripe peach, nectarine, and plum, lifted by a subtly honeyed nose threaded with intriguing wisps of smoke. There's a quiet confidence to it — generous without being heavy, complex without being showy.
Pairing Suggestion: Grilled chicken and a vibrant summer salad make for an effortless pairing, but for something truly indulgent, melt a whole Vacherin in its box and lay out a generous spread of charcuterie. This wine was made for exactly that moment.
