2021 Domaine des Tourelles Red
Grapes are grown on 15-20 year old vines on sandy limestone, with clay sub-soils.
All four varietals were hand harvested and fermented in concrete vats for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation begins spontaneously, after which the wine was blended and then aged for 16 months in concrete vats.
Tasting Note: A beautifully rich ruby red wine with enchanting scents of cherries, fragrant cedar, rosemary, and cloves. The palate is full and savoury, bursting with luscious Morello cherry and blackberry notes, hints of earthy spices, and velvety tannins. This wine is a testament to its bold flavours and rich heritage.

Blend: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan
