Unico Zelo Esoterico is made without any additives, except for minimal sulphites at bottling. Thanks to gravity clarification, the wine exhibits a gentle haze and sedimentation.
Tasting Note: A pleasant balance between white and red wines, and its scrumptious texture, exciting acidity, and lively tannins create a lustrous drinking experience. Esoterico is a vivacious, free-spirited delight.
