2021 Domaine Belleville Rully 'La Crée'
La Crée invokes a former quarry, known for its stony terrain to the east of Rully village. It has been officially classified as a Premier Cru, and separate from the 'La Pucelle' site.
The terroir of 'La Crée' is stony clay-limestone, located beneath the Premier Cru 'La Pucelle'. The area is divided into fivesubplots, each with distinct orientations and ages, necessitating different pruning methods and harvest times.
Tasting Note: This Rully 'La Crée' has an inviting, toasty and buttery bouquet. In the mouth, it has a zesty vivacity, coupled with a full-bodied opulence and a delightful toasted bread nuance at its finish. It presents a pleasant complexity.
