Domaine Billard has approximately 12.5 hectares of vineyards in different appellations throughout the Cotes de Beaune. Their largest holdings are in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune with other small plots located in Saint Romain, Saint Aubin 1er Cru, Auxey Duresses and Beaune.
This 2021 Domaine Billard Pere et Fils Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc is made with respect for nature through organic farming. To ensure quality, yields are kept low through cover crops, severe pruning, and hand harvesting. The wine also relies on indigenous yeasts used for fermentation, and is estate bottled by Jérôme Billard, owner of the domaine, who recently took over from his father.
