Vinification entails fermentation in concrete tanks, followed by aging for 12-18 months in oak barrels, of which 40% are new and 60% are 3 years old.

Tasting Note: A ruby-leaning-dark-garnet hue. Subtle nuances of red berries like strawberries and redcurrant, as well as black berries like blackcurrant and blueberry. Its texture is dense yet rounded, while the acidity and tannins are nicely balanced.
