The winemaking process for the Balma Brut Nature Cava is a meticulous celebration of nature’s bounty. Grapes are hand-harvested from carefully tended vineyards on deep clay loam soils, then gently pressed and fermented in concrete vats for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation begins naturally, and after blending, the wine is aged in concrete vats to preserve its purity. This results in a wine with an elegantly low dosage, allowing its true character to shine through.
