Discover Tiara: A Complex Old Vine White

Tiara originates from vineyards over 60 years old, nestled at an altitude of 600 meters, predominantly featuring the Rabigato grape variety. It embodies finesse, lightness, and exudes both strength and vitality.

After carefully selecting grapes from the vineyard, they were gently transported to the winery where further sorting occured. Next, the grapes were pressed delicately into stainless steel tanks, where the must underwent cold settling. The must was then transferred to Foudres, large oak barrels that are aged over 30 years and have capacities ranging from 1500L to 3000L. Here, the must underwent spontaneous fermentation for approximately a year (both alcoholic and malolactic) under ambient temperature control.
