Tasting Note: The colour is an intense garnet red with purple reflections. The nose is particularly winy and persistent. The absence of wood lets us capture the typical aromas of Barbera - cherries, prune - but also liquorice and spices. The palate is dry, warm, and full. Extremely food-friendly!
