This single?variety Malbec from Sottano’s “Enólogo” series is a tribute to Mendoza’s flagship grape, offering power and finesse in equal measure.

Organic grapes are harvested from low?yielding Altamira and Perdriel blocks, then fermented and aged in sealed French oak barrels to deepen aromatic complexity. The wine delivers a sophisticated profile of dark fruit, violet and mineral nuances.

Pairing Suggestions: Excellent with char?grilled flank steak, pork tenderloin in herb crust or a lentil and mushroom pie for vegetarians.

Tasting Note: Rich plum and blackberry aromas mingle with violet petals and graphite. The palate is velvety, with polished tannins framing ripe dark fruits and a mineral?driven finish.
