Organically grown Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet) and Syrah are picked at night. Maceration and fermentation lasts around 20 days, reaching maximum temperatures of 30°C, in stainless steel cisterns and tanks. Naturally produced alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the latter in oak casks for a period of three months.

Ethan's One-Liner: The palate is fresh and vibrant, with soft red fruits supplemented by hints of liquorice and kirsch. Beautiful slightly chilled in the summer months alongside some cheese and charcuterie or simply enjoyed on its own.
