Fermented in stainless steel then aged in both steel and wood before bottling.

Tasting Note: Ruby red colour. The nose shows ripe red berries and spices, humus and eucalyptus. The palate it is full and warm, full-bodied and with fine tannins. Spicy, berry notes on the finish.

Pairing Suggestion: Red meats, Fiorentina steak, aged cheeses, veal roasts, game, truffle dishes.
