Light yet profound, the 2022 Cap Maritime Pinot Noir captures the coastal essence of Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, offering a vibrant and textured expression of this iconic terroir.

From carefully nurtured vineyards in Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, this Pinot Noir speaks of its cool-climate origins. Handpicked grapes were sorted with precision before a mix of destemmed and whole-cluster fermentation brought out layered complexity. Aged for 14 months in large Stockinger foudre and French oak barriques, the wine achieved a balance of vibrant fruit, elegant tannins, and a textured finish.

Pairing Suggestions: Perfect with wild mushroom risotto, herb-crusted salmon, roasted duck, or creamy polenta with truffle oil.

Tasting Note: Delicate aromas of cherry, cranberry, and plum mingle with hints of clove, tobacco, and earth. Silky tannins and bright acidity create a long, elegant finish.
