2022 Domaine Clement Lavallee Saint-Bris Les Copains d’Abord
The 2022 Clement Lavallee Saint Bris boasts a distinctive identity, even in only its third harvest. With a focus on low intervention and preserving the true Sauvignon Blanc profile, this premium wine is a true reflection of the unique terroir. Chemicals and insecticides are avoided and treatments are kept to a minimum, allowing the natural biodiversity of the soil to thrive. The use of modern tractors is eschewed in favor of older, lighter vehicles, further preserving the integrity of the land and producing a truly elegant and exclusive wine.
Aged for 11 months in 350L to 228L barrels, and a further three months in stainless steel vats. There's no fining with a light filtration.
