Domaine Cheveau's commitment to excellence begins in the vineyard, where sustainable practices, including soil tilling and manual harvesting, preserve the health of their old vines. The grapes for Les Vignes du Hameau are grown in the rocky brown clay soils of Pouilly, rich with chailles and flint.

Aged for 14 months on fine lees in large 600L oak barrels, it boasts an enticing balance of richness, freshness, and complexity. Perfect for immediate enjoyment yet capable of evolving gracefully over the next eight years.

In the early 2000s, Nicolas and Aurélie Cheveau took the domaine to new heights, boldly showcasing the region’s rich diversity.
