The grapes are machine?harvested to preserve freshness, then gently pressed using pneumatic methods. After a gravity settling period, fermentation takes place in temperature?controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring clarity and vibrancy. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation for a rounded finish, followed by racking, fining, and cold stabilisation to retain its crisp character.

Tasting Note: Bright citrus and subtle stone fruit notes are layered with a distinct chalky minerality. The palate is linear, balanced, and refined, showcasing the vibrant precision this region is famous for. A perfect go?to Chablis that delivers reliability and elegance with every sip.
