2022 False Bay 'Wild Yeast' Rosé
Expertly crafted by Cellarmaster Nadia Barnard, grapes are hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented with naturally occurring wild yeast in stainless steel and wooden foudre. Post-fermentation, the Rosé is left on the lees for at least 3 months before bottling.
Tasting Note: A pale, spicy and textural Rosé mostly sourced from bush-vine Cinsault with summer fruits on the palate and a lovely clean, savoury, dry finish.
Blend: Cinsault, Mourvèdre

We're passionate about making sure your wine arrives on time and in pristine condition. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days between the hours of 10am and 4pm unless specified otherwise. Please say if you require next day delivery (only available on orders placed before 2pm) and this can be arranged at an additional cost. Saturday deliveries can also be arranged at an additional charge but you must specify in your order notes.
