This Shiraz hails from Schobers Vineyard in Auburn, Clare Valley, a single vineyard known for its exceptional quality and unique terroir. Nestled at an elevation of 390 metres, provides the perfect terroir, combining its specific microclimate, diurnal temperature range, and optimal seasonal rainfall.

The winemaking process for this vintage is a testament to Jeanneret’s commitment to quality. The grapes undergo fermentation at a precise temperature of 26.5°C, allowing the wine to develop its rich, complex character. The wine spends an extended period on skins and lees, followed by meticulous aging in oak barrels, which imparts subtle nuances and depth.
