Thanks to the vines grown on deep boundary sands that push roots into red clay subsoil, this Cabernet stands out for its classic currant and cedar profile, with a fine tannic profile. Perfect for collectors seeking structured Australian reds.

Winemaking: Fruit is hand-picked then fermentated on skins for two weeks in stainless steel, followed by basket pressing, and 18 months in old oak to soften tannins and highlight cassis.

Pairing Suggestions: Beef Wellington, mushroom ragout, grilled eggplant with thyme.

Tasting Note: Rich cassis, currants and cedar on the nose. The palate is silky with blue?fruit flavours, soft spice and a lasting, plush finish.
