2023 Jeanneret Big Fine Girl Riesling

£16.95

Tasting Note: The 2023 Big Fine Girl Riesling has a lovely zesty nose of peach, nectarine, apple and lemon. And there's a suggestion of something tropical too. Elegant and pure on the palate, it nonetheless has a surprising weight of fruit and good texture. Lovely to drink on it's own but that weight and texture make it a great companion to food. Try it with oysters, fish, chicken and salads. Or anything else you fancy.

Origin: Clare Valley, Australia

Alcohol: 13.5%

Jeanneret Wines

Jeanneret Wines celebrates the beauty of the Golden Ratio and the Nautilus symbol, echoing the philosophy of their ancestor, the legendary architect Le Corbusier (Charles Jeanneret). Just as Le Corbusier sought balance and perfection, Jeanneret's vineyards and winemaking process reflect this harmony of form and function.

Founded in 1992 by the Jeanneret family, their passion for wine quickly grew from a hobby to a thriving business. Led by self-taught winemaker Ben Jeanneret, they produce wines full of flavour, best enjoyed with friends. Ben's talent has earned Jeanneret a Five Star Winery rating and the title of 'Ten Dark Horses' by Halliday.

Jeanneret's vineyards, located in the Armagh Valley of Clare, are managed with an organic philosophy to preserve the vines' integrity. For over three decades, their 60 acres have yielded exceptional Shiraz, Cabernet, and Malbec. They also collaborate with local grape growers to add depth and sophistication to their wines, ensuring each vintage is unique.
