Ethan's One-Liner: This organically grown Albarino, from Galicia’s lush green hills, is about as textbook as it gets. Fruity, fresh, perfect for enjoying with oysters.

Tasting Note: The aroma is dominated by intense ripe citrus fruits, green apple and quince with just a mere suggestion of aniseed. If tropicality is what you seek, then this palate delivers it in spades. Pineapple and mango can be found on the palate with just enough salinity provided by the racy acidity, reminding you of the Atlantic’s permanent influence. Oysters anyone?
