2023 Maison Boutinot Côtes de Thau Rosé
Grapes are sourced from the vineyards near Lake Thau, which is located within a former volcanic region of the Mediterranean. This region has a specific microclimate, where the nearness of the body of water moderates the temperature, creating ideal conditions for ripening while preserving the acidity of the grapes.
The grape harvest is done early in the morning, and the wine is made as a classic rosé de presse, via gentle pressing and cold fermentation.
Tasting Note: This dry and characterful cuvée offers a wealth of curranty richness from Grenache and tart raspberry from Cinsault before a crisp and refreshing close. Perfect for pairing with meals, it is sure to satisfy even the most discerning palates.
Origin: Languedoc, France
Alcohol: 12.5%
