Produced from 100% Semillon from high-altitude vineyards in Altamira, La Consulta, and San Carlos, the wine exhibits varietal notes of white flowers, honey, and tropical fruits.

Winemaking:

Grapes are cooled on arrival at the winery, lightly pressed, and fermented 85% in stainless steel and 15% in new French oak for 6 months. After blending, filtering, and bottling, the wine presents a harmonious balance of freshness, aromatic complexity, and smooth texture.

Pale golden with greenish rim, aromas of acacia, pear, pineapple, and honey, finishing velvety, complex, and lingering.
