We absolutely love this spritzy, light and deliciously drinkable rosé. As perfect for long evenings in the garden as it is for al fresco lunches.

Txakoli comes from the Basque Country and they consume an awful lot of it! The team at Rezabal refer to their rosé as a “musical” wine because of the various notes in plays through in lovely harmony. A blend of the indigenous grape varieties Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza give this wine it’s unique and delectable character.

Tasting Note: The palate is bright and fresh with a most welcome gentle fizz to lift the red fruit flavours ever higher. Delicate aromas of wild strawberries and currant leaf are the order of service here. At 10.5% it’s super refreshing and light, we wouldn’t blame you if you ended up drinking it twice as fast as any other tipple!
