Winemaking:

The grapes were harvested in August–September at optimal ripeness, gently pressed, and fermented for 12 days at 16–18°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine aged in steel for 5–7 months to maintain freshness and highlight the unique minerality of Treviso’s terroir. Minimal intervention ensures a clean, aromatic wine that showcases the varietal character naturally.
