Hand-harvested grapes from cool, fog-kissed vineyards, sorted, and destemmed for gentle fermentation in open-top tanks with manual punch-downs. Aged 10 months in French oak. 92% Pinot Noir with small additions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petite Sirah.

Tasting Note: Expressive aromas of red cherry, strawberry, and subtle floral and earthy notes. Silky and balanced with vibrant red fruit, soft tannins, and a refined, lingering finish.
