Mark's One Liner: From the cool Elgin Valley, famous for producing most of South African’s dessert apples. Riesling grows beutifully here, perhpas better than anywhere else in South Africa. With 17grams per litre, This wine is not quite bone dry that Simply adds to its charms. Winemaker Andries Burger is a gentle but determined genius whose natural smile is always expressed in his wines.
