This wine captures the sea-kissed character of the slopes above Zarautz and Getaria, where vines are grown using the traditional high trellis system. Family-owned and rooted in generations of experience, the Rezabal estate blends tradition with innovation, using modern methods to amplify the purity and freshness of the fruit.

Winemaking: Crafted from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri, harvested from 24 hectares of high-trained vines. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel to preserve aromatics and a touch of natural sparkle is retained to express the vivacity of the variety.

Pairing Suggestions: Delicious with grilled sardines, sushi or fresh oysters, as well as tomato-based vegetable tapas or goat’s cheese salads.
