Winemaking:

Vinified from 100% Gamay grapes grown on Fleurie’s famed pink granite soils, this Beaujolais Nouveau is crafted using whole-cluster fermentation to retain fruit purity and soft tannins. The fermentation takes place at cool temperatures, enhancing aromatic intensity, and the wine is bottled shortly after to capture its youthful vibrancy and natural sparkle.
