Harvested at full maturity, the Souvignier Gris is cold pressed to preserve all its freshness. The must ferments gently, thus developing its aromatic complexity, before being dealcoholized by vacuum evaporation at low temperature. This gentle and respectful process removes the alcohol while preserving the essence of the wine, its flavours and its balance. Finally, a fine effervescence is added to enhance its liveliness and offer a fresh and light tasting.

Tasting Note: Vigne Vierge seduces with its bright nose, combining aromas of fresh grapes, orange blossom and green apple. On the palate, its fine and airy bubbles reveal a beautiful liveliness with notes of juicy pear and citrus zest.
