The Akashi-Tai Yuzu sake liqueur is crafted with an abundance of fresh yuzu from the Hyogo prefecture, expertly pressed upon arrival to maintain the pure fragrance of this exquisite Japanese citrus.It adds a unique touch of sophistication to any elegant cocktail, and can be enjoyed neat or over ice as a luxurious aperitif or digestif.

Tasting Note: Supple and fruity, with refreshing aromas of grapefruit, it offers intense citrusy flavours and a sweetness that is perfectly balanced by the tanginess of the yuzu. The finale is invigoratingly cooling and aromatic.
