An Evening with Georgiev & Milkov: An Exploration of Bulgarian Wine - 26th April
Let us take you on journey through the ancient Thracian Valley, where winemaking traditions date back as far as 4,000 BC.
Meet the producers, Peter Georgiev & Radostin Milkov, who are shaping the exciting wine industry of modern Bulgaria.
We will learn all about Mavrud & Rubin, native varietals from vines over 40 years old, and the pristine terroir of the Plovdiv region.
Your ticket includes:
- Welcome drink
- Tutored tasting through the wines with mixed charcuterie board and artisan breads
- Simple hot supper, prepared by the Caviste chef and designed to match the wines (with a larger glass of wine)
- Homemade sweet nibble to finish

We appreciate circumstances can change. However, due to previous last-minute cancellations, this event is subject to our policy:
If you cancel at least 5 working days prior to the event, we will reimburse your ticket.
If you cancel less than 5 working days before the event, we will issue a full refund, but only if we are able to resell your ticket at its full value.
