Aperol
Aperol is a famous 11% ABV Italian bittersweet aperitif with a vibrant bright orange colour. Created in 1919, its secret recipe infuses bitter and sweet oranges, rhubarb, gentian, and select herbs and roots to deliver a refreshing, zesty, and uniquely herbaceous flavour profile.
To serve over ice: 3pts Prosecco, 2pts Aperol, 1pt Soda Water.
Tasting Note: A botanical spirits infused with wormwood, angelica, blackthorn, and red wine. Sweetened with cane sugar, with notes of spicy bergamot and zesty lemon that add a touch of sophistication.
