Starting in Burgundy, Cheveau Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly the is clean and restrained, free of oak yet full of flavour.
To the cooler climes of Australia's Mornington Peninsula, the Moorooduc Estate Chardonnay is layered with bright citrus fruit and generous richness from oak.
Also oaked, but leaning more towards a toasty, charred character, the 2021 Lanzerac 'Mrs English' Chardonnay is vibrant and lively, showing of the sun-drenched grapes of Stellenbosch.
