A Bulgarian Christmas

We are delighted to welcome Georgi, a great friend of Caviste, to discover how the Bulgarian wine industry has rejuvenated itself since the fall of the Soviet Union.

We will taste the wonderful wines of Georgiev/Milkov & the Bratanov family and taste some unique indigenous grape varietals such as Mavrud, Rubin & Pamid!

Wine has been made in this region for thousands of years by knowledgeable and diligent producers, some with histories so extensive that they predate many a western wine growing region. Celebrate this heritage with us.
