Barrel-Top Tasting: Remy Cointreau - Saturday 16th August

Join us for a tasting of a few of the Remy Cointreau range, focusing on The Botanist Islay gin, Haute Glace, and Westland American Whiskey  at The Spirits Room.

The Botanist Gin  - The Botanist is a gin of layered complexity, a progressive exploration of the botanical heritage of the isle of Islay. 22 hand-foraged local botanicals delicately augment nine berries, barks, seeds and peels during an achingly slow distillation. The first Islay dry gin is a rare expression of the heart and soul of the remote Scottish Island of Islay.

Haute Glace - Discover the essence of Domaine des Hautes Glaces, the world’s oldest organic whisky distillery nestled in the French Alps. Founded by Frédéric Revol, this distillery crafts exceptional whisky by harmonizing nature and culture, enhancing soil health, and reducing carbon impact. Experience unique spirits shaped by their terroir, offering refined flavours that reflect a deep respect for the environment and tradition.

Westland American Whiskey - Westland Whiskey started in 2011 with a great vision to create American Single Malt whiskey that reflects the true colours of the Pacific Northwest region. Over ten years later, they continue to fill casks with single malt whiskey that is distilled in Seattle's SoDo neighbourhood and aged mindfully in Washington State's Skagit Valley region.

If you cancel at least 5 working days prior to the event, we will reimburse your ticket.

If you cancel less than 5 working days before the event, we will issue a full refund, but only if we are able to resell your ticket at its full value.
