English Sparkling Wine - Roebuck Estates, with Julien Le Pevedic

Hailing from Petworth in Sussex, the story began in 2013 with the purchase of their very first parcel of land. But fast forward to 2024, and the portfolio now consists of six parcels of land spanning the picturesque countryside of Sussex & Kent.

Rich soils nurture the classic “Champagne trio” of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier & Chardonnay, and carefully selected clones are planted to suit the diversity & ecology of the land, providing the best fruit possible for sparkling wine production. 

Roebuck do quite literally “keep it vintage” as they do not produce a non-vintage cuveé. This allows them to showcase the individual qualities of each growing season in a single bottle. The results of which are sensational and beguiling.
