This Cask Noir release showcases Blair Athol’s silky profile at 56.7% ABV and is one of only 284 bottles, making it a must-have for collectors seeking rare Highland expressions.

Production: Distilled in April 2011 and matured for eleven years in a 1st-fill bourbon hogshead, this whisky was bottled in March 2023 without chill filtration or colouring.

Tasting Note: It opens with vanilla candy floss and fresh guava, followed by custard cream and panna cotta, finishing on a crisp spring-morning note.
