Caviste Taste & Learn: South Africa’s Cape - Thursday 16th February 7pm

Nestled under the mountains in Franschhoek sits the beautiful house, winery and vineyards of Holden Manz.

After a brief wine history of the Cape, we shall taste the impressive range of wines that includes Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, the famous Proprietors Blend White before a sequence of their reds – Syrah, Visionaire Bordeaux blend, Reserve Merlot.

Your ticket includes:

- Welcome drink

- Tutored tasting through the wines with mixed charcuterie board and artisan breads

- Simple hot supper, prepared by the Caviste chef and designed to match the wines (with a larger glass of wine)

- Homemade sweet nibble to finish
