Jurançon is better known for its sweet wines but only a fool would ignore the refreshing, flavour-packed dry whites of the region. This is a blend of Gros Manseng and Petit Corbu, tank fermented and left to mature on its lees for 9 months. The result is a crisp but complex wines with tropical flavours, honeysuckle, crisp apple and a freshly baked bread yeastiness. Great for shellfish. 14%
